Learning is a developmental process that leads to change. Students enter a learning environment as social and emotional beings with previously encountered experiences that have a direct impact on how they see themselves and how they will engage in the learning process.Teachers can shape the intellectual, social, emotional, and physical aspects of the learning environment. Creating a positive culture energizes students’ learning. When this takes place, students strengthen their intellectual habits and increase their effectiveness as learners.
